Modern living, stress and Qi rejuvenation by Aiping Wang Fulepp

Our modern world is facing modern crises – from financial to ecological. Now people are waking up to stress as the number one inner crisis, for our health… Our inner ecology is under huge pressure and is breaking under the strain. We need to make it a clean and unpolluted, safe and peaceful space to have and be in, but because we didn’t learn to clean and strengthen our energy, our Qi as they call it in the East, we are in a state of fear of illness and disease... and ‘normal’ aging with all its unpleasant effects…

Until we fix our inner problem, it is very hard to approach the rest of the world and other people with a clear, strong and balanced view… because we ourselves are not clear, strong and balanced… physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually… but above all, energetically. When we start to look after our Qi, we will start to become really, naturally healthy and the next step is to rejuvenate. By rejuvenating our Qi, we become and stay healthy. Then we start to really rejuvenate!

Whilst physical, emotional and mental clarity, strength and balance are quite obvious aspects, spiritual health is not a religious aspect, but we see it as an active, energetic, positive and spirited interest in a larger view of humanity and our own role in it – starting with ourselves and our own health, and extending to our responsibility to contribute to society, we can see that all these aspects are connected and mutually support each other.
Stress consumes a vast amount of our energy, which in turn reduces our energy capacity. This means we get more easily tired and exhausted, and our vital functions and organs and immune system etc suffer. This allows ill health to set in. But it also means we become emotionally, mentally and spiritually sick. We can improve this situation by learning to relax. Relaxation has the opposite effect of stress, as the Herbert Benson Institute proved. When we relax, we free up and stop burning up so much energy, providing us with much more energy for life; energy to live a full and successful life. Without enough life energy, it is difficult to be motivated and have enough energy for work, rest and play, let alone remain/ re-gain health. And when we increase our energy to a high enough level, we start to turn the clocks back… literally, and rejuvenate.

So, as more and more scientists and doctors have proven that stress is the number one cause of ill health and more people understand this, then the answer is more and more clear, that having a balanced lifestyle that increases your Qi is very important, just like having a balanced diet is too.

Now more and more professionals across the board are saying that relaxing on a regular basis has a very positive effect in releasing stress, its affects and boosts our energy levels, enhancing our health. Furthermore, prevention is crucial… it must become the way we manage our health and our health systems… so that everyone can enjoy their lives to their full. Energy healing, massage, relaxation, exercise and healthy lifestyle habits all help us deal with stress and improve and maintain our complete, natural health, by increasing our energy capacity and quality.

Prevention of premature aging is the next step after prevention of ill health, and requires that your Qi is rejuvenated… read on…
